Shipping Policy

Free Shipping:

We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $30 (after discounts) and located in the continental United States. There are no guaranteed on shipping timelines on free shipping as First Class mail is 2-7 business days. You may select faster shipping with guarantee and tracking at checkout.

Can I pickup my order?

If you live in southern California, you are welcome to select the Pickup Local Only option in the shipping methods at checkout. This is reserved for orders over $30 & your order will be ready for pickup about 24 hours from time of order.

When will my order be shipped?

Most orders shipping to USA will be sent out the same day via USPS or Fedex, if ordered before 1:00PM (PST) and as long as we have the item(s) in stock.  However we do currently hold a three business day processing time.  
We process orders from 9:00AM - 5:00PM (PST), Monday - Friday. We do not process any orders on Saturday nor Sunday or on the major U.S. holidays.

**Please Note** Orders made after Friday 1:00PM we will ensure to ship the order out on Monday (except holidays).
The checkout process on our website features built-in shipping options that are real-time, so you receive email confirmation immediately upon placing your order. Feel free to contact us for customized order summary or shipping options.

eJuiceWholesale.co is proud to ship to all 50 states in the U.S., APO/FPO addresses. Due to each country having its own regulations or ban on the importing of e-liquid products, we are unable to currently ship to the following countries: Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Brunei, Cambodia, Canada, Denmark, England, Estonia, Fiji, Finland, Hungary, Jamaica, Japan, Jordan, Lebanon, Malaysia, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Norway, Panama, Portugal, Qatar, Seychelles, Singapore, Suriname, Switzerland, Thailand, UAE & Uruguay.

**Please Note**

USPS Priority Mail Express: Order MUST be made before 1:00PM, Monday - Friday or the order will shipped the next day.

USPS does not provide complete tracking information for orders shipped with First Class Mail. Larger orders may ship with FedEx, which offers a sophisticated tracking system. As soon as your order is packed, eJuiceWholesale.co sends tracking information to the email address provided.

**Please Note** If your tracking information states “Not Found,” please allow until 7:00pm PST to update on the tracking website (USPS or FedEx). Tracking information will update on the website once the package is picked up by the courier.

Late Shipments

We do not guarantee transit times and shipping fees are nonrefundable through us; however, the shipping methods listed below are guaranteed directly through the shipping carrier with certain exceptions. These exceptions are usually weather delays and failed delivery attempts. For more information, please contact the carrier directly. If you feel your shipment was late due to a service failure, a claim can be filed by contacting the shipping carrier.

How Long Will It Take for Your Package to Arrive?

eJuiceWholesale.co features rapid order processing with same day shipping for orders placed Monday – Friday before 1:00 pm (PST) if we have the item(s) in stock. If you wish to obtain a guaranteed delivery date, please choose an upgraded shipping method.

Incomplete Incorrect Address Submissions

Please make sure you review the billing and shipping address before placing your order. Errors in the shipping address will cause delays in transit or returned orders. eJuiceWholesale.co will not reship the order until it’s returned to us by the courier and customer pays for additional shipping costs.

Lost Packages

If you believe your package to be lost, you must file a claim with the carrier. Priority shipping options are covered up to $100.
